HO Scale Consolidated Federated International Shipping Corp $39.99

The HO Scale (1:87) Consolidated Federated International Shipping Corporation kit, despite its very large name, represents a small storage shed, just the perfect size to fit on a small model railroad layout. I have designed the kit so that any modeler, beginner to seasoned pro, can create a gem straight out of the box.

The kit includes an innovative jig system that allows the builder to easily assemble the complex posts and bracing so that all the parts are plumb and square without having to grow an extra set of hands.

The kit includes the following:

  • detailed directions which include both written instructions in a font that is easily legible on your workbench and clear line drawings for each step of the building process
  • advice on finishing and weathering
  • jigs that ease construction and can be used to create parts for future scratch-builds or kit bashes
  • laser cut window and doors with plenty of spares (backups in case of mistakes or details for dioramas)
  • laser cut glazing for all the windows
  • Northeastern scale lumber and aged clapboard siding
  • standing seam metal roofing
  • laser cut tarpaper material
  • assorted signs including two color options
  • laser cut slots that make adding rafter tails a snap

The footprint of this HO scale model railroad structure is 5" x 2 1/4".

Please note:  this kit is not meant for children.  It is an adult hobby product.  Contains small parts.  Potential choking hazard.  In short, if you are thinking of buying this and putting it in your mouth.  Don't.
