F. Luvium Paddle Shop is based on a photograph of an Alaskan prototype. This false-front store could easily convert into any sort of rural store found throughout the rural Western United States. Take your pick of latinate or Anglo-saxon signs to add one of the oldest jokes in the book to your layout. J. W. and his brothers spent long hours learning their trade. It didn't take too long before they figured out that they knew just about all there was to know about plumbing. So they put their savings together, bought an old warehouse down by the tracks, and opened up Curtis Bros Plumbing Supply. Building Facade No. 1 is the first in a line of conversion kits to add detail to the fine line of DPM HO scale buildings.  This kit contains parts to replace the DPM storefront, cornice, windows, and doors.  The laser cut parts provide fine mullions and delicate detail. Imagine a street filled with little houses of different colors, their driveways side-by-side as though they've paired off for a dance. Paw of a Bear's Ranch House No. 1 will allow you to build the perfect suburban street scene. The house is typical of modest suburban homes from the 1950's to the present day.
