  A battered old sea-side structure in Z-scale.  The two story building looks like it has been pounded by the weather for years.  Half the wall is covered in fishscale shingles.  The corrugated roofing is covered in verdigis.

The King Family prides themselves on supplying the freshest seafood available in the big city. In order to get their fish to shops in the city with speed, they have invested in piers and packing houses up and down the coast. Keep your eye out for their billboard reefers riding the rails on the express train!

The model measures approximately 2 1/2" x 3 3/4". At its highest point, the top of the main roof, the model stands just under 3 3/4" tall. I hope that this hand made, signed and dated, 1:220 model structure will find a place on your z-scale model railroad layout or as a conversation piece on your shelf, mantle,or desk.

Please note this is a scale model, not a toy. It is not suitable for children. Besides it is much too nice for children in any case.
