Building the Walls

Now it is time to cut loose. The parts are held in the carrier sheets with very small tabs. I find that a sharp hobby knife used with a chopping/punching motion works best to remove the parts. Occasionally, you will need to run a knife all around the edges of a part to remove it.

When you have the parts removed, it is time to dry fit them. Do not force the tabs in the slots! Instead run a hobby knife blade gently around the interior of the slot using a scraping motion. Be careful. You don't need to remove much material and it is easy to break out the slots on the outside walls.

If you do break the slot, do not sweat it. The space will be covered when you put on the trim.

Once you've cleaned the slots, start by fitting the roof support (E3) into the upper eaves (E2) and the lower eaves (E1).

Next fit the front wall (W2) into the slots on the eave assembly.

Now fit the rear wall (W4) into the slots on the eave assembly.

With the walls in place, slot the assembly into the base (B1)

Slip one of the end walls (W1) & (W2) into place.

Once you see how everything fits, take the parts apart.
