J. W. and his brothers spent long hours learning their trade. It didn't take too long before they figured out that they knew just about all there was to know about plumbing. So they put their savings together, bought an old warehouse down by the tracks, and opened up Curtis Bros Plumbing Supply. Now everyone knows that Curtis Bros have the best selection and service in town.
Now you can have Curtis Bros on your layout. I have designed this kit so that an intermediate modeler can, by following the comprehensive directions, build a stunningly detailed model of a typical track-side warehouse. In addition, I have designed the kit so that you can easily rearrange parts to create your own version of Curtis Bros.
The kit includes:
- laser cut 1/64" birch plywood doors, windows, loading dock, rafter tails, and sign
- laser cut 1/32" basswood scribed siding
- delicate laser cut paper fish-scale shingles & tarpaper roofing
- a unique covered staircase
